Mr Carter was appointed as a Consultant Urological Surgeon in Bournemouth in May 1998. This was following speciality training in Bern, Switzerland in cancer surgery including removal of the bladder and reconstruction. (radical cystectomy and orthotopic neo bladder.)
Procedures & Treatments
- Management of kidney, bladder, prostate and testis cancer.
- Procedures undertaken include keyhole kidney surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) and all endoscopic surgery for prostate, bladder and stone disease.
- Also all scrotal surgery including reversal of vasectomy.
